The average sale price is $738,617, which is up 3.8 percent from the $711,913 in July 2022. We are seeing an increase from last month’s $699,344.
There were 769 closed sales in June 2023, which shows a decrease of 4.1 percent from the 702 closed sales in June 2022. We moved into July with 1,943 active listings in Sarasota County. This number shows a rise of 41.1 percent from this time last year.

There were 759 closed sales in June 2023, which shows an increase of 17.7 percent from the 645 closed sales in June 2022. We moved into July with 1,602 active listings in Manatee County. This number shows an increase of 32.9 percent from this time last year.
