We are seeing an increase from last month’s $660,541.
There were 518 closed sales in December 2023, which shows an increase of 3.6 percent from the 486 closed sales in December 2022. We moved into January with 2,764 active listings in Sarasota County. This number shows a rise of 64.3 percent from this time last year.
