Furthermore, this average sale price has risen from the previous month’s figure of $708,439.

There were 604 closed sales in December 2024, a decrease of 16.6 percent from the 518 closed sales in December 2023. We entered January with 3,404 active listings in Sarasota County, a rise of 23.2 percent from this time last year.
