The average sale price is $661,402, which is up 9.1 percent from the $606,126 in April 2021. We are seeing an increase from last month’s $632,075.
There were 859 closed sales in March 2022, which shows a decrease of 26.5 percent from the 1,169 closed sales in March 2021. We moved into April with 690 active listings in Sarasota County. This number shows a rise of 2.8 percent from this time last year.
