There were 850 closed sales in November 2020, which shows an increase of 36.7 percent from the 622 closed sales in November 2019. We moved into December with 1,361 active listings in Sarasota County. This number shows a drop of 46.8 percent from this time last year.

There were 717 closed sales in November 2020, which shows an increase of 40.3 percent from the 511 closed sales in November 2019. We moved into December with 1,011 active listings in Manatee County. This number shows a drop of 46.2 percent from this time last year.

Thereโ€™s a 1.6 month supply of available homes in Manatee County. This number is down 51.5 percent from last year’s 3.3 months supply.
